They also are easy to manipulate so that they stay on top of my head securely without slipping off. These are narrow readers so you can easily see over them. No need to push them down or take them off if you want to look at the TV, etc. They do not have spring hinges but the arms are very flexible so they have a similar comfort fit to spring hinges.
